Shipping Information

Innobrace reserves the right to select and appoint a reliable and cost effective freight forwarder such that this savings can be passed on to our customers. The appointment of freight forwarder is subjected to change without prior notice to our customers.






Payment Information

Innobrace accepts cheque, credit card or cash payments. All sales made in Singapore are subjected to the prevailing tax rate applicable.

Payment terms accorded is strictly based on terms indicated on the Tax Invoice/Delivery Order.
Innobrace reserved the rights to implement late payment penalty charges based on current company policy.






Order and Return Policy

1. Products are exchangeable and refundable within 30days from invoice and delivery date. Custom product, i.e: customized prewelded assemblies, customized printed products, used bonding supplies, chemical products, used products, opened packages cannot be returned.

2. Used products would not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

3. Returned incomplete packs of orthodontic materials would not be entitled to refund/exchange.

4. A S$50 administrative & restocking charge is applicable (at Innobrace discretion) for returned products due to customer’s wrong orders through no fault of Innobrace for normal 5.Invoices billed or as per the prevailing contract /agreement signed between Innobrace and customer.

5. Innobrace reserves the right to impose late payment charges of 2% for overdue invoices which have exceeded unreasonably beyond the company’s usual credit terms extended. 2% discount is given for payment received within 7 working days from the invoice date.

6. Due to regulatory control and restrictions, materials are ensured of useful validity upon sales invoice date and Innobrace will not be liable for exchange/return of expired products or products with no expiry date, due to customer’s non-usage 1 year from date of sale made.

7. Delivery services are provided for minimum order of S$50.00.






Special Information

Every effort will be made to ensure that all featured products are available but interruption in supply may occur. While great care has been made to ensure accuracy of product information featured, printing error and omittance may occur.

Innobrace reserves the right to discontinue a product or product usage featured in the catalog without prior notification, to account for circumstances beyond our control.

Innobrace reserves the right to limit quantities for sales.
